Is Tread Bootcamp a Good Workout?
Treadmills are one of the most widely used pieces of cardiovascular training equipment: they’re easy to use, aren’t dependent on the weather, and have multiple benefits for a variety of exercisers.
- Cardiovascular Conditioning. Dedicated interval-based walking and running sessions are efficient fat-burners, strengthening the heart, lowering blood pressure, and promoting a strong immune system.
- Bone Density. Because training on the treadmill is a weight-bearing activity, it can help maintain bone mass. Add to that the strength-based bootcamp exercises off the treadmill, and you have one rock-solid skeleton!
- High Intensity Interval Training. HIIT training has some of the quickest fitness results of all training styles. The built-in recovery allows athletes to attack repeated work segments with the same or higher intensity each time. This leads to increased fat burning and lowers insulin resistance.

How Long Is Tread Bootcamp?
Tread Bootcamp is a 30-minute format alternating cardio on the treadmill and strength exercises performed on the floor.
What Should I Tread Bootcamp?
Come ready to play. Typically, people wear sweat wicking clothing that will offer ample coverage and will stay put and allow you to move with ease throughout the range of motion of exercises.
Cross Trainers, Running, or Walking Gym Shoes. Wear comfortable running shoes to support feet, ankles, and knees. Double tie shoelaces to secure them. Pants should be tight to the legs or secured to avoid tripping.
What do I need to Bring?
Hydrate my friend! Make sure you have plenty of water with you and a towel to catch your sweat. Most importantly, bring along a great attitude and smile to share.

Get ready for a 2-minute round designed to push you to your max and challenge your strength, cardio, and core. Using 5 distinct exercises in a square, 10×10 focuses on the number of reps you can complete within a 2-minute round. Perform 100 reps in the round and rest for the remainder of the two minutes. Timed work at its best, to challenge you to perform YOUR best!
