What Should I Wear?
Comfortable clothing that is easy to move in and appropriate for ballet-based work should be worn. Barre Bootcamp is done barefoot, without the use of shoes. Socks should not be worn, as they can attribute to slipping on the floor
What do I need to Bring?
Hydrate, my friend! Make sure you have plenty of water with you. Also, bring a towel to catch your sweat, as you will be dripping in finesse. Most importantly, bring a great attitude and smile to share.
