For Sauce:
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Preparation:
For Cauliflower: Mix cauliflower, breadcrumbs, cheese, egg, salt and pepper together in a large bowl. Chill for 30 Minutes.
Preheat the Air-fryer 375°F. Lightly coat the air-fryer with cooking spray. Shape cauliflower mixture into tablespoon-sized pieces. Roll each piece in flour and lightly brush with olive Oil. Air-fry until golden-brown,about 15 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking time.
For Sauce: Meanwhile, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, parsley, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
